Welcome to Dirt Merchant Adventures. 

 

Dirt Merchant Adventures got it's start in 2023 with the Mooswa Meat Grinder, the first gravel bike race in the Parklands of Manitoba. Which returned again in 2024, along with the introduction of Chainring Massacre at Squirrel Hills, near Minnedosa. Followed by the less than successful Winter Wonderland Fat Bike Ride at Red River Exhibition Park. 

 

In 2024, we had the film crew for Midlife Mavericks on course for capturing footage for one of their episodes.

In 2025, we were graced with the presence of Canadian cyclist extraordinaire Michael Van Den Ham and his family for a 2 wheeled family reunion. Not only did MVDH win the the Men's 120, but his sisters took top spots in the Women's 80.

Plans are already underway for 2026. The courses have been created, they're just waiting to be finalized.

Flat & Fat, will bring back fat bike races to Manitoba, with a new take. Without giving away too much, let's just say that it'll be flat, and it'll be fat. Will it be fast? We'll see.
